Turbine flow

Hello
This files attachments contains the 3D and 2D modeling of a CFturbine
As I try to solve the problem the following massage pops up: evaluation of plot mesh vertex coordinates fail.
Properties of mode: The turbine must have a constant angular vol' as well as the inlet to the wind tunnel
I changed the speed to a smaller value and meshed it in finer elements. And it wouldn't compile.
Hope you can help me understand the problem.
