Saving LOG to file from MATLAB Interface

Is it possible to save COMSOL logs to a file when running the simulation from Matlab? I would like to see something like this in a logfile:

Number of vertex elements: 4
Number of boundary elements: 50
Number of elements: 400
Minimum element quality: 0.931
Nonlinear solver
Number of degrees of freedom solved for: 1928
Iter ErrEst Damping Stepsize #Res #Jac #Sol
1 0 0.0001000 0 2 1 2
2 0 0.0010000 0 3 2 4
3 0 0.0100000 0 4 3 6
4 0 0.1000000 0 5 4 8
5 0 1.0000000 0 6 5 10

I also have the same problem.

I mostly want to be able to export the information from the "mesh statistics" window to the matlab environment.

I will reply if I can find a solution soon, good luck to you all.

In case anyone is still looking for the answer to this, the MATLAB command is:

ModelUtil.showProgress('comsollog.txt');
