Diffraction Grating

Hello, I am trying to simulate difraction grating and to extract intensity vs the angle after the grating. I managed to create a diffraction grating both with ray optics and wave optics, but I am strugling to get the intensity vs angle (not incidence angle but output angle). Would appreciate if someone could direct me towards the solution of that problem.
