eigenfrequency study of solid with membrane

Hi? I am using COMSOL 5.4 to draw the dispersion curve of the structure with membrane added to the solid. However, I am troubled by boundary conditions.
The model that I am trying to analyze is a combination of Membrane and Solid. This is the structure where the boundary of the membrane is attached to the solid model.
For the mode analysis of the membrane, the boundary condition of the membrane must be fixed or the displacement must be 0. In that case, however, the degrees of freedom of Solid are constrained by the boundary condition of the membrane, so I cannot see the modes I want in Solid.
I am trying to create an analytical model where the membrane boundary is exactly attached to the solid but not fixed( I mean, not global 0 displacement). Is it possible to implement this in COMSOL?
