Temperature oscillation in time-dependent solution

I did a transient computation of my model. I am looking for how long it takes for a device to be cooled (temperature, surface-to-surface radiation and heat fluxes boundary conditions). However in my solution the temperature has strange oscillations whereas the cold temperature source is constant. Do you know what have I to change to obtain a more accurate solution?
Here are the methods I used :
Time dependent solver
Iterative with Vanka
Fully coupled
Thanks in advance.
