modeling thin liquid film

I try to modelling a thin liquid film pull from a bath of fluid.
For that i use a rectangular geometry. I use a part of the top to make the wire which goes up with a velocity u=0 and v=1. The other part of the bottom is a free surface. The left side is a symetry axis. The right side and the bottom are walls with a no slip condition.
My parameters are the Bond number and the Reynolds number.
The mesh is moving.
In the laminar fluid i use a weak contribution - ( test*(utx)+test*(vty)).
The calculation doesn't converge.
Anybody could help me please?
