Stress amplitude-load cycle curve (S-N) for copper

Hello everyone,I need to do a thermal fatigue failure simulation experiment on tsv. The tsv material I choose is metallic copper, but I would like to know how to get the S-N curve of the metal copper I need, or if there are kind people who can provide it, thank you.
