3D semiconductor model convergence issue

Hi!

I am working on modeling a 3D PIN diode heater, which envolves 3D semiconductor model and heat transfer model. However, I cannot get the semiconductor model to converge. I browsed around and some people had similar issues but not a single solution is post.

I have my simulation file attached, which is in version 6.2.
