FSI rigid connector

Hello,

I am trying to model a very simple 2d rod with a tiny void circle placed inside the rod, I am aiming to make that rod rotate around that circle with a cirtain angle by the fluid pressure. How should I use the rigid connector in this case would it be the circle or the rod and how to apply it?
