Dynamic Boundary Conditions

Hi all, I attempted to model particle dynamics in laminar flow with dynamic boundary conditions on the particles. Specifically, the boundary conditions vary across the surface.

Could anyone please provide guidance on how to handle such types of boundary conditions? Any help would be greatly appreciated
