Differential Capacitance Calculations

I'm modelling a differential capacitive sensor and would like to know how can I perform a differential capacitance meaurement. Up to now I've just been able to compute the overall capacitance of the system, but I would like to obtain the capacitance difference when the electrodes are submitted to a load. I'm using the electromechanics module for the study. How can I do this? Thanks!
