PEM water Electrolyzer

Hi I am doing PEM water electrolyzer. for the anode I need to add an inlet for water at anode. I know how to do Fuel cell and activate H2 and O2 reacting flow but it is not clear to me how to do for water. if anyone can help me I am ready to share more details . Thanks
