matrix-vector product

Hi,

I need to calculate a matrix-vector product; the matrix is a differential operator, so its elements contain (space) partial deriavatives. I have defined this matrix by using the Schrodinger Equation interface. The vector components are available. Does anybody know how to do the product in practise? Thanks,
