how to set the diameters of different bubbles in gas-liquid two-phase flow

When simulating a gas-liquid two-phase flow composed of gas and liquid (volume fraction is 1:1), which model can be selected to easily set the diameters of different bubbles? If the bubbly flow model is selected, how to set the diameters of different bubbles?
