Modelling the outer hair cell vibrating with its natural frequency inside the cochlea

Hi, the file below describes one part of the cochlea which is the hollow cuboid and the cylinder represents the outer hair cell. In COMSOL 6.2, i want to model when there is a sound frequency of 3000Hz and when the frequency travels along the cuboid, it hits the cylinder with a natural frequency of 3000Hz. I would like to model the cylinder to vibrate with the input frequency.
Questions 1. What study should I use? Based on the file that I sent, did I miss any studies or what should I add more? 2. Can I change the input frequency to any frequency to demonstrate that the cylinder will not vibrate to its natural frequency when the input frequency is other than 3000Hz? 3. The fluid which travels the sound wave is perilymph. in one of the videos in YouTube i can see the properties of water inside COMSOL, is there any perilymph inside. if not how shoul di import the properties or i just have to input the values inside COMSOL.
I really need help with this as this is my final year project. Thank you in advance.
