Cheamical Reaction Not Proceeding

Hi, I am trying to run an irreversible chemical reaction with the Chemistry and Heat Transfer in Solids physics. Even though I have very high reaction (about 10^20 mol/(m^3s)), the reactants' and products' concentrations do not change. Is it because I insert the initial values on the species matching table? What should I do?
