Guidance in transport of diluted species and transport of moisture in air physics.

I am working on gas sensor, trying to vary the concentration using "Transport of diluted species" physics and trying to vary the humidity using "Transport of moisture in air" physics and check the changes in conductance of the sensing material.

I am unable to achieve any variations in the conductance of the sensing material. KINDLY HELP ME IN THIS REGARD. Looking forward for your guidance.
