mass flux from rock matrix to fracture

Hello, everyone

I'm now doing TH coupling for a fractured geothermal reservoir. My model is very simple where a 2D surface (fracture) is emdedded in a 3D rock. What I want to do is to add a source term on the fracture (an interior boundary) indicating the mass flux from rock matrix to fracture. However I have no idea how to solve it.
