matlab get comsol mesh problem

I want to calculate the potential distribution of a model in matlab and then synchronize the result of the calculation with other variables coupled in comsol in real time, so I want to discretize the calculation with a mesh in comsol, but I don't know how to get the mesh information in comsol, I would like to get your help!
