SAW as the temperature and humidity sensor.

I have simulated SAW as a Dichloromethane (DCM) volatile organic compound (VOC) gas sensor with a Polyisobutylene(PIB) in COMSOL Multiphysics. In this simulation, I change the DCM gas concentration from the SAW device parameter table. Now, I want to study the SAW as the temperature and humidity sensor. So, how can I change the temperature and humidity values to study the effect of these quantities on the resonance frequency of the device?

You appear to be referring to a Comsol example. In that example the mass change due to gas absorption causes a change in SAW resonant frequency.

For a different gas you would need data for the mass absorption of a different gas. This needs to be obtained from the literature or by experiment. Only then can you use Comsol to evaluate the shift in resonance frequency.

As far as temperature in concerned- the material constants built into Comsol do not include the temperature dependence. I am sure you can find these in the literature.
