COMSOL crashes when computing

When I try and compute Comsol closes and I get this error message.

Below is a link to the type of laptop I am using.

I am using Windows 8 as my operating system.

Does anyone have any suggestions to how I can fix this issue?

This is just a guess, but your laptop has only 4GB memory; it is far too little to run COMSOL effectively.
