I created a cross section of a pancreas denoted by a rectangle with two circles in it denoting islets, which secrete insulin.
My model is based off a paper written by peter buchwald.
Here are my parameters :
R_max reaction max of glucose
R_max1 reaction of glucose in first phase
V_in inlet velocity
C_Hf half velocity of concentration
I'm stuck on having a secretion of insulin from those two circles. Everytime i run comsol, it show only laminar flow but does not show the insulin secretion. I tried putting outlets on the circles and then a concentration and flux but that didn't work either. Can someone help me please!
