Exporting figures and data files in cluster batch job

Dear all,

I have a Matlab model file that I run on a cluster.
When starting comsolserver directly with: "comsolserver matlab -np 8 -graphics" all plots and data files are generated.

Starting comsolserver with mpiexec and using comsolclusterbatch and then loggin in with mphstart later on from Matlab will cause that NO data files and plots are generetad, using exactly the same .m file.

Did anyone experience something like this and find a solution?
