Regarding "Scatter on substrate " model

Hello everyone

I want to simulate a model which is similar to "Scatter on substrate" but the only difference is that instead of dielectric substrate i have ITO coating also whose refractive index is varying with wavelength.

Now how to proceed to solve this model ??
