RF bowtie antenna

i am calculating on the bowtie structure,but i came across the difficulties.there were always so many problems.the errors were following:
Failed to evaluate variable Jacobian.
- Variable: comp1.tEx
- Geometry: 1
- Boundary: 7
- Feature: Stationary Solver 1 (sol1/s1)
i hope you can help me solve the problem.thank you !
