steady state error

Hello, i'm studying ultrasound transducer and want to get transient response of output voltage for piezoelectric material.
I set 'plane wave radiation' at one side of water domain, and i hope to get the voltage of piezoelectric material.
when the plane wave is not radiated more, and when enough time have passed, i expect the voltage of piezoelectric material should be zero.
but in my study, the voltage converged to non zero value..
i dont know why this happed..
please reply my answer.
