how to create this geometry

please help me to create the geometry of diffuser in 2d. i have attached the image

I'd lay it out as a polygon with all sharp corners then apply a "fillet" of the specified radius to the two rounded corners.

My first guess was to use a combination of squares and triangles but then it doesn't put a defined point at the rounded corner until after the union operation and the fillet needs to go before that, so best to use a polygon for the full thing, I think. But for the rounding fillet is easiest. The alternative would be boolean operations involving circles and squares but that involves trig and is more complicated.
