PDE with outflow boundary

Good afternoon!

I am trying to switch from the 'Transport of dilluted species' model to a 'Coefficient form PDE'. Previously I could simply use the outfow boundary condition, but I can not seem to get this to work now.

I attached the model. As you can see, when the concentration reaches the righter boundary, an error occurs. How do I set the boundary condition right?
