Which module is useful for solving scattering phenomena for array of nano particle?

Hello everyone ,

I want to simulate the scattering pattern by array of nano rod which is placed on Glass substrate.
Which module should i use for solving this problem?
Should i use RF module or Wave optics module ? And why ?

My dimension of nano rod is 57.5[nm] radius and 57 [nm] height and periodicity is around 300[nm]
