I am trying to probe the temperature of a 2d-axissymmetric model. The temperature is a gradient acros the boundary. I would like to know the average temperature on this boundary. which is a cross section of a cylinder.
The boundary probe has an average setting. Should I simply use this?
Or an intergration?
- something like: int(T*2*pi*r) / pi * R^2 (where R is the radius of the cylinder and r the radius coordinate)
