Electric Field in Insulation Considering Conductivity and Permittivity

I have a physical model of a slab of a dielectric under a voltage difference, let say V volts, in which I want to compute electric field distribution (E) considering the influence of permittivity (ε) and conductivity (σ) of the dielectric simultaneously.
I tried two Physics in COMSOL: Electrostatics (es) and Electric Current (ec) but:
In Electrostatic, COMSOL computes the following equations, viz, just considers the permittivity (ε)
∇.V=ρ_v And E=-∇.V (1)
And, in Electric Current (ec), COMSOL computes these equations:
∇.j=Q_j , J=σE+j_e and E=-∇.V (2)
But I want to solve the following equation by COMSOL:
∇( -σE - ε∇(∂V/∂t )=0 (3)
In which, both permittivity and conductivity appeared.
Does any boy have any idea which Physics in COMSOL to use to solve equation (3) in my model?
ps: ρ_v means: ρ subscript v
