"Some geometric entities are missing" in Mesh-geometry converstion

Hello everyone,

Have you ever encountered this error "Some geometric entities are missing" when you convert a FE mesh back to a geometry? I have never had this problem in 5.0 but now in the 5.1 I constantly get this error the moment I click convert. Any insights? Thanks everyone.
