I am trying to incorporate multi-step chemistry for combustion. I am using the detailed example given in IntroductionToChemicalReactionEngineeringModule.pdf as a guide. However, I could not find a way to couple the temperature in porous media module (energy equation) with the reaction engineering module (species conservation equation). I have used CHEMKIN input files for the reactions, diffusion coefficients and thermodynamic data of species. (see attached file: aaa)
I would really appreciate if you could guide me on how to model multistep chemistry along with flow through porous media and heat transfer in porous media.
Thanks,
