I would like to simulate the Electric Field and the Current flow in a doped semiconductor (Si n-type doping 1e15cm^-3) with 2 elecctrodes on the top of the semiconductor surface.
I red the paper on the Semiconductor Diode, and they use the "convention and diffusion" module but i didn't understand how to apply this to my situation.
I hope that someone could help me,
Thank you all
