Permanent magnet

Dear users,
I am trying to find out the force between two permanent magnet which are displaced each other at 5mm. In the model, two magnets are used. But the problem is, when I rotate the upper magnet at 10 degree(for example), the magnetic flux in the axis of the upper magnet does not rotated properly. Can you anybody help me regarding this topic. Please see the attached file.
