Exchange temperature distribution

Hello,

I am working with Heat transfer module and there are simple geometries of two rectangular boxes.

Like the picture attched,

firstly, I solved for transient study 1 from 0 to 50 seconds.

Then, I want to swap both geometries temperature distribution for transient study 2's initial condition.

Is it possible in comsol?
