Error in coupling matrix

I created a geometry of spherical shaped rubber tube and filled with glycerin and try to apply point force .is it possible to apply the force at different in the geometry since because when I give point load only corners get selected

Title doesn't seem to have anything to do with the question. But anyway- just add the desired point when building the geometry.
