Hi Abdelrazik,
There are several options for transferring some part of a 2D model:
You can insert a 2D cross section from the 2D model into a 3D work plane and then extrude it into a 3D volume, for example.
You can copy and paste the 2D physics interfaces and materials to the 3D component. Most settings should be OK, but it's likely that you will have to add or modify the selections for boundary conditions etc.
