Time-independent perturbation theory issue

Hi folks,

I need to apply time-independent perturbation theory on a silicon quantum dot that I'm modelling with Comsol in order to simulate a spin qubit. In particular I solved the Schrodinger equation in the unperturbed case (zero magnetic field), so I found the unperturbed eigenvalues and the eigenfunctions. Now I would like to calculate the matrix elements of the perturbation matrix operator (i.e. with finite magnetic field) using the time-independent perturbation theory. Is there anybody who knows how to do that in practise?
