multiphysics coupling

Dear sir, I am modeling a FET-based gas sensor. In that following module is used: For flowing gas "Laminar flow" is used. For the adsorption of gas "Transport of diluted species" is used. For modeling FET "Semiconductor physics" is used. The multiphysics coupling is not working for semiconductor physics with the other two physics in the model builder. How can this issue be resolved?
