Reg Error in 2D residual stress resonator -MEMS

When I tried to perform COMPUTE for a set of values of the beam I am getting the message

Failed to find a solution.
The relative error (0.028) is greater than the relative tolerance.
Returned solution is not converged.


What the possibilities for the non convergence of the solutions..
