How to set a specific acoustic pressure on a membrane?

Hi
I am simulating a piezo pressure sensor in water (a sphere to represent). I need to add a specific acoustic pressure on the membrane.
I tried the boundary in solid mechanics, boundary load-> pressure 100 Pa on the membrane, but the result showed >800 Pa acoustic pressure.
Then I tried to add boundary in (acoustic pressure, frequency domain) the spherical wave radiation -> incident pressure field, 100 Pa on the boundary of the sphere water, the result is still very different from 100 Pa.

How should I do to get a 100Pa acoustic pressure on the membrane surface ?
