Adding noise to the power cable

Dear all
How I can add high frequency noise in range MHz (Mega Hertz) to the sinusoidal current with frequency 60 Hz?
I modeled power cable that sinusoidal current in rang 60 Hz is passed through it. I want to add noise in range MHz at the middle of the cable. How can I do that? By which physics?
