Piezo acoustic to electrical coupling

How do we couple voltage output of "piezo acoustic physics" (acpz) and "electrical current physics"??
i am generating a voltage by applying pressure to piezo electric strip? I want to connect a resistive wire and draw that voltage! Plz guide me!! Thanks in advance :)
