Stationary Study and Time Dependent Study of Same Model Disagree

I'm running an electric currents interface for a dielectric board with a couple ground points and a constant current source within the dielectric. I'm interested in the transient solution to this problem (how the voltage approaches steady state) so I'm running a time dependent study.
To generate initial conditions for my time dependent study, I also ran a stationary study for my current source x 10^-6. I used the solution of the stationary study as the initial conditions for my time dependent study. To check the results of my time dependent study, I also ran the stationary study with the correct current source. The steady state solution of my time dependent study significantly disagrees with the solution of the stationary study.
Does anyone know what my problem is? I suspect it has to do with the initial conditions.
Thanks!
James
